I tried a batch of Buch with Hops flowers, and here's the update:
Because our weather has suddenly turned Summer in the last couple of weeks, it brewed faster, and too vinegary

. However, it still tastes very interesting. I think it smells a *little* like beer, and something about it reminds me of beer, but the flavor is oddly like papaya or mango! The hops bitterness totally changed into a tropical fruity flavor. Whether or not it would be relaxing, I don't know yet. Gotta try again...
