Peak Fitness exercises is so effective exercise for maintaining fitness level.It includes far more than typical cardio training.  in which you raise your heart rate up to your anaerobic threshold for 20 to 30 seconds,and then you recover for 90 seconds. Walking or running on a treadmill or elliptical machine for an hour is so amazing practice for enhancing fitness level.
