I always try to keep cod liver oil on hand with little kids. My kids always seemed to like the orange flavor. With a baby spoon, a spoonful morning, noon, and night would be good. Some herbal tea in a sippy cup would be good. Just this morning I made up some tea for my youngest two, two parts mullein to one part yarrow. The mullein breaks up congestion in the chest and yarrow helps package up toxins to ship them out. Just yarrow by itself is really good too. The yarrow is a bitter tea so be sure to sweeten it so baby likes it. Make sure you let it cool to luke warm and don't sweeten it with honey when baby is under one year old.
