I have a daughter whom is 6 that is very hyperactive and has trouble sitting still and concentrating. I have done research and come up with useing lemon balm and catnip mixture but im wondering if anyone else has any recipes or advise on how to make this syrup, tea, capsule? What has worked best for you and are there any other herbs that would be good to use? ???
