Shampoo and Conditioner for extreme Tenderhead

I have long thick hair passing lower back that gets tangles no matter what I tried . now I'm using a chemical full conditioner , is there a natural cure ?

rinse your hair with 3 cups water and 3 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar after your wash.  you can rinse it out, but I usually just leave it in.  seems to help with the tangles better than anything else.

tender head might be from yeast.  i did a yeast cleanse and my scalp tenderness improved greatly.

Tender scalp can also be from low magnesium or low vitamin D.

Cod Liver Oil :D  contains natural vitamin D and helps with absorbtion of magnesium.  love love love this stuff.  miracle drug if ever there was one.
