lateral epicondylitis - "tennis elbow"
« on: April 25, 2011, 04:42:55 AM »
My elbow has been hurting for a least two weeks. Moderate, but sometimes intense, pain when I lift things (even my coffee cup) and of course this is in the elbow of the my dominate arm/hand. Yesterday I noticed that the pain is now tingling down to my wrist, hand and fingers. Thinking I should sling up the arm to avoid using it. Any suggestions?

My husband has problems with that area as well as carpal tunnel from overusing it at work. He's in construction. He's been having some good results, so far, with homeopathic tablets Cal Flor. Find the 6x potency, take four tablets 1-4x a day.

Check out the thread on tendinitis and bursitis.

I would use the same treatments myself.
