Does anyone know if IQF's (individually quick froze fruits and vegetables) are healthy?  Is there something done to them in the process that is not good for you?  Just wondering .... and can't find anything online to give me an answer.

It's said to be safe; however, wiki says they use liquid nitrogen or a mixture of dry ice and ethanol.  not sure what i think of that.  here's the link.
