Optic Nerve Issues
« on: August 20, 2009, 11:29:06 AM »
I am wondering if anyone has any information to share on Optic Nerve damage.   What can be the causes and if there is anything you can do to reverse this.

I have a cloudiness in one eye that has been diagnosed as Optic Nerve Damage.   I don't know what the cause is but know there is no tumor, cancer, stroke etc.

I have not started any research yet other than to ask my WTM friends.  :)

Thanks  in advance for any info.

I would look into Dr. John R Christophers/Dr. Schulzes eye wash formula.  It has been used to heal many different eye problems.

Let me know if you are interested.  I can point you in the right direction to get more information.  Gotta go right now.

If you could point me to information on it I would appreciate it.   I have been researching most of the day and finding nothing.    No pressure..........just whenever you get a chance.
Thanks.

Okay, I am going to give you a few links here...

This one is to Dr. Christopher's site where he talks about the formula, the importance of cleansing and diet in the process and some testimonials-
http://www.herballegacy.com/Herbal_Eyebright.html

Here is a link to an interview with Dr. Schulze.  In it he talks about the formula, why he increased the cayenne, and the significance of it.

This one is to a wonderful place where you can purchase the formula if you would prefer that to making it.  It is much easier to use a tincture for the eyewash than to make a tea every time.

(She also has a forum on Curezone and has studied Christopher, Schulze, Kelly, etc. for a long time)

Dr. Schulze also has a nerve restoration formula that may be helpful in this situation.  Links to many of his formulas can be found here.

He also did a series of interview called the Save your Life collection that is just amazing!  Sometimes you can find them floating around online and I beleive Unyquity at the Herbal Apothecary also has them available.

Let me know if you would like any more information.

I just had my son into the eye dr yesterday for a follow up for a swollen/enlarged optic nerve. 2 months ago he was in for a routine exam and eye dr saw that his right eye had a swollen nerve. Yesterday was to check to see if it had grown. shrank, or stayed the same. It had grown so he is making an appointment with a ped. eye specialist that come into his office once a month. The eye dr we saw isn't just your "walmart" eye dr but an eye surgeon, one of the top in the state. As far as I know we have ruled out things like trauma, stroke. He had mentioned something about tumors when son was in 2 months ago. (DH took him to that appointment.) Just wondering if anyone here has any more info, helps. Herbs? Vits? Exercises? Anything that might help. Thankfully I don't have to wait too long to see specialist, he comes at the end of the month and the eye dr said he wants him seen THIS month. But still I wonder/worry.
