My friend just got me one of those lead tester kit things from the hardware store. I tested my rival and hamilton beach crock pots and both came back clear. my gibson everyday stone ware came back clear too.. I was almost afraid to test them and find out...cause I use my crock pots sooo much... anyways...that's the verdict for my stuff... ;)

How do you do those tests.........what do the testers look like and what are they called.   I wonder how accurate they really are?   Any thoughts?
