: Will kombucha alone satisfy my need for probiotics?

I have candida/yeast, should I be taking additional probiotics or will the kombucha meet all my needs with it's probiotics and yeast fighting activities???

When following an anti candida diet you are supposed to avoid yeast. Kombucha is full of yeast. I think the best probiotic on an anti candida diet would be in a capsule or powder form.

Candida and the yeast found in kombucha are not the same.  Some experts say thay cross-integrate or something, but I don't think so.  Here's a thread on it.
