funny you are having to have them fixed. All four of ours has broke and we bought them in July. Only thing is we live in Australia so brought them back with us off of furlough. They said they would replace them but wanted us to send in the broke ones. Well that would be very expensive. So they said they would send them out after we sent them a photo. It has been 4 months and we still haven't gotten them so we asked and they said they want us to send them in now then no then I can't take care of this I am going on holiday. Needless to say sort of disappointed. And so far out of a lot of money.
