Share your favorite recipe Please???

My husband and I decided we both want to start eating and preparing better, healthier meals.
But I don't have any good recipes that are simple, healthy, flavorful meals.
maybe I'll google Amish recipes....lol Grin

Any ideas?? Recipes??

Hate to tell ya, but Amish recipes are NOT ness. healthier! Their ingredients are generally more pure, if they come from their own farms, but lots of sugar and white flour and scrap meat...

I have several Amish cookbooks, while they have awesome recipes they aren't where I go for healthy recipes. Undecided

I do make my granola out of one but I sub honey for brown sugar. I made lasagna out of my better homes book yesterday and really everything in the sauce is okay. I made my own wheat noodles and it was just as good as usual using storebought. Just a little more time consuming but not too bad really.
